Thank you for shopping with This Glows by SkinMed. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through our website are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During product launches, promotional campaigns, festive periods, or high-demand events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking information.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available at this time. If international delivery becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Tier II & Tier III Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, local restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India. Any applicable shipping charges for specific products, services, or promotional exceptions will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can monitor your shipment using the tracking link provided.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate before placing your order. This Glows cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, government restrictions, courier network disruptions, and high order volumes during promotional events. We appreciate your patience and understanding should such delays arise.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Please do not accept the package wherever possible
  • Take clear photographs of the package
  • Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt
  • Share your order number along with photographs for investigation

We will work with our logistics partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Modification

Address changes are possible only before dispatch.

Undeliverable Orders

Undelivered packages returned to the warehouse will be refunded (excluding shipping charges, if applicable) or reshipped upon request.

Signature Requirement

Some high-value orders may require OTP verification or a signature upon delivery.

Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery window and tracking has remained inactive for an extended period, please contact us. We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Acceptance

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If you believe your shipment has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the investigation.
